Music and Entertainment

The Breathitt County Honey Festival has plenty of great music that can satisfy everyone! There is a sound stage set up where music is performed around-the-clock. There are also bleachers in front of the sound stage, so you can sit down and take a break from all the excitement of the Honey Festival and listen to some good music.

There is a variety of music performed at The Honey Festival, including bluegrass with local bands such as Tony Calhoun and The Bluegrass Edition, to classic rock with artists such as Jackson's own Jack Strong.

On Sunday, a variety of Christian music is performed by local church singing groups and individuals. On Sunday afternoon, you can gather with others on the bleachers and listen to the word of God as preached by local pastors in the area. It's the perfect way to spend your Sunday.
